Lisa Berry - When Megan first sent me my goal times after our mile run I thought some serious pharmaceuticals may have been involved! 😉 There was no way I would reach those times. Well six weeks later and I am almost a minute faster per km! Feeling amazed!
Corrie Tetreau - My goal was 10kms in under and hour, so I came close. It was a pretty high goal and I managed to shave off about 7 mins so I am so extremely grateful for Megan and her coaching this past 8 weeks. I'm excited to see what comes next!!! 🏃‍♀️👟💨♥️🤘

I walked. For a bit more than I wanted to, but I needed to a bit.
There were a ton of people at the track and I got in my head a bit. My insecurities almost overwhelmed me. Not today. What a mental game. It helped that I finished "The Last Dance" last night and MJ's mentality of never quitting just hit me hard.
I almost cried when I saw my watch say "FASTEST 5KM!"

  • Weekly Lessons: You will have access to weekly lessons that cover running specific topics and concepts.
  • Weekly Chat: Talk to one of our expert running coaches and ask any questions or cover any topics during the weekly coaching sessions. 
  • Custom Program: Whether you are training for your first race ever or want to PB a full marathon, we will build you out a custom 8 week program. The program is designed for you and your goals specifically.
  • Exclusive Members Group: The best way to succeed is accountability. We will be there to support, check-in, follow-up, and encourage you every step of the way.
  • Fun Run:  Test your progress and reach your goal with our virtual and/or physical fun runs at the end of each program.
  • OPTIONAL: In person outdoor run classes designed to get you improving on your run, whether it be to fall in love with running, or to personal best your next race.
We can't get in a gym right now but with Spring finally here we can work on improving our running.
This program is only as good as the effort put in by you. We will be working with you to help you achieve your goals and ask for your commitment. We are here for you and want you to succeed but only if you are ready to commit!!
